Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that they will be charged a $65 NONREFUNDABLE FEE for processing the Application. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that upon approval they will be charged a one time administrative fee of $150.00 accompany with a signed lease agreement. Applicant/Tenant(s), acknowledges that Renters' Insurance will be required for the property they am applying for and that they may not move in until proof of insurance paid in full is presented to Florida Landlords.
